For patients
Understand the scan and what to discuss next.
Clarify what the images and existing report say, where uncertainty remains and which questions to take back to your treating doctor.
Independent image review
Already have an MRI or CT scan but still have questions? Dr Konstantin Kenigsberg can independently review the images and existing report, clarify the important findings and help define the next clinical discussion. Doctors can also request review of a difficult or discordant case.

Two ways to request a review
The clinical question, relevant examinations and appropriate format are agreed before any imaging or medical records are transferred.
For patients
Clarify what the images and existing report say, where uncertainty remains and which questions to take back to your treating doctor.
For doctors
Request expert image review or case discussion when the findings are complex, conflicting or outside the local team’s usual experience.
Areas of focus
The pathway draws on years of clinical radiology practice. The first step is to confirm whether the case is suitable for review and to define a focused clinical question.
Complex brain and spine MRI questions, including neurological and neuro-oncological imaging.
Specialist review of imaging relevant to tumour assessment and further clinical discussion.
Review of complex oncologic imaging, staging questions and treatment-response assessment.
Review of existing whole-body MRI examinations and the clinical positioning of findings.
Selected complex questions in prostate, rectal and other multiparametric MRI examinations.
Review where MRI, diffusion imaging, PET or other examinations need to be interpreted together.
How it works
The process is deliberately staged so that sensitive records are not sent before the clinical question and transfer route are agreed.
Send a brief, non-sensitive description of the imaging question and who is requesting the review.
Confirm whether a second review is appropriate and agree which examinations and records are relevant.
Arrange an appropriate method for sharing imaging and related clinical information.
Review the available imaging in the agreed context and communicate the findings in the agreed format.
For coordinators and clinics
Medical tourism companies, international patient coordinators and referring clinics can arrange independent radiology review before a patient travels — or as part of an ongoing referral relationship.
Start with a non-sensitive enquiry
Include the type and date of the examination, the main clinical question and whether the request comes from a patient, physician or coordinator.
